4. Deposits & Payments

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 5kbd 1 and are binding for every user.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

12. Limitation of Liability

5kbd 1 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party issues. That said, we are committed to maintaining maximum uptime and reliable service at all times.

• 5kbd 1 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a network issue, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide advance notice.

13. Changes to Terms
